With the improvement of sewage collection in Xiaoshan District, the amount of sludge produced in Xiaoshan District continues to increase. In order to deal with urban sludge in timely and improve the ecological environment quality of Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou Xiaoshan Environmental Investment and Development Co., Ltd. plan to build a 4000t/d sludge treatment project in the north of Linjiang sewage treatment plant in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. The Xiaoshan District 4000t/d Sludge Treatment Project is located in the east of Xiaoshan Linjiang Industrial Park. The land covered for the project is 59.7mu. The project is equipped with 44 sets of box type diaphragm filter presses with treatment capacity of 120t/d (4 sets for standby), 3 sets of sub high temperature and sub high pressure circulating fluidized bed sludge incinerators and 2 sets of 15 MW sub high temperature and sub high pressure condensing steam turbine generator units. The operation time is 24 hours a day, and the operation time is about 6500 hours per year. The operation time of sludge deep dewatering system is about 8000h per year. The flue gas treatment process adopts “Desulfurization in Furnace + SNCR Denitrification + The Primary Electrostatic Precipitator + Activated Carbon Injection to Remove Dioxins and Heavy Metals + High Temperature Bag Filter + Limestone Gypsum Wet Desulfurization + Sodium Alkali Wet Desulfurization + Wet Electrostatic Dust Removal System” The grid connected voltage level of the project is 35kV, and the circuit is connected to the adjacent substation nearby.
