Recently, our company’s “whole life community” works won the “special recommended Works Award of the jury” of the 2020 “world construction Festival China” competition. The World Architecture Festival (WAF) is known as the Academy Award in the construction world. The award-winning in this competition marks that China has been in the forefront of the industry in the research field of “future community”, and at the same time, it also shows the world more design strength of China Civil Design Institute.

According to the main idea of “small block, dense road network”, the work embeds the design elements of diversified innovative life, practices the design concept of green, ecological, low-carbon and wisdom, and realizes the beautiful vision of “three life integration” of life, ecology and life.

This work runs through nine life scenes of intelligent future community through trunk vertical core traffic. In the aspect of space organization, connecting all kinds of life scenes can realize various life patterns in the community, such as communication, leisure, entertainment, education, health care and so on. In terms of function configuration, it is divided into four levels: open courtyard block level, continuous shared landscape level, life interest communication level, comfortable life living level. Each level is set with rich natural landscape environment and diverse social communication space. It can fully meet all the material and spiritual needs of people’s daily life. It is an ideal residence for people to achieve a better life.
